Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream together butter and sugar.

Beat in egg and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, pink salt and mix till it forms dough.

Mix in rose petals and pistachios.

Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, press down slightly, bake for 11 minutes.

Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
