Spicy seafood Udon soup
Description
This simple soup is a great fall back for nights your strapped for fresh ingredients and/or time, this is a quick one! But it's super tasty and actually quite good for you.

This recipe comes together quickly so it is important to gather all your ingredients and tools ahead of time.

First Prep your shrimp and add them to a bowl with your imitation crab. Put this aside with you noodles and wakame.

Then dilute the miso paste. Do this by heating a half cup of water in a small pot to a gentle simmer and slowly mixing the miso into the water until it is combined.

In a large pot or Dutch oven bring water to a gentle boil, then add the miso mixture as well as hot sauce and oyster sauce.

Return to boiling and add dumplings. Allow to boil for 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Add shrimp, imitation crab, noodles and wakame allow to boil for a further 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Portion into bowls, top with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy.
